Typical applications for conductive optical grids include EMI/RFI shielding of electronic displays and enclosures used in:
• Mil applications – requiring the attenuation of radiated
EMI/RFI emissions and susceptibility per MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464
• Rugged computers, tactical radios, sensors and vehicle-mounted displays
• Secure communication systems to meet tempest and FCC compliance and for homeland security
• Medical displays – MRI rooms, display and observation windows
• Aircraft Shielding – display and instrument panels, aircraft windows and doors
• Industrial controls, heavy equipment, shipboard electronic systems
• Test and measurement equipment – telecommunication, signal analyzers and generators

 

  1. Brass wire: copper 65%,zinc35%
  2. Purple copper wire: copper 99.8%
  3. Phosphorus copper wire :copper 85%-90%,tin 5%-15%
Product Features
All mesh gasket’s cross section are rectangular, round,round with tail and double round with tail.
Materials are available intin-plated phosphor
bronze (Sn/Ph/Bz), tin-plated copper-clad steel (Sn/Cu/Fe), silver-plated brass (Ag/Brass), Monel, and aluminum(Al).
Elastomeric core has various function(anti-chemistry, thermal resistance and water proof) for elasticity.
